Re-Doula is an efficient and effective one-day class with a laid-back vibe. Light snacks and morning coffee are provided (feel free to bring your own caffeine source though!). However, lunch is not included in the cost so be sure to pack your own. We’ll laugh and learn together and at the end of the day, you will hopefully leave with a full toolbox and more confidence in your doula skills. Benefits include:

- This course contains eight hours of teaching and hands-on learning from a mature, experienced doula. Includes morning coffee and light snacks. However, lunch is NOT provided. So bring your yoga mat and ribozo if you have them (no big deal if you don't!) and be ready to laugh and learn together as you become part of the doula tribe.
